Snowmass Creek Outfitters offers a variety of options for your hunting needs.

Our permit (#2535) is located in the Maroon Bells/Snowmass Wilderness, Unit 43.
Reference the map below before contacting us regarding pack services.
We only do pack services, drop camps, and guided hunts in our permitted area.

Archery: Sept 2 – Sept. 30 (Draw Only)
Muzzleloader: Sept. 12 – Sept. 20 (Draw Only)
1st Season: Oct. 14 – Oct. 18 (Limited Draw)
2nd Season: Oct. 24 – Nov. 1 (Deer Draw, Elk OTC/Draw)
3rd Season*: Nov. 7 – Nov. 17 (Deer & Elk)
4th Season*: Nov. 18 – Nov. 22 (Deer & Limited Elk)

*SCO closes after second season.

GUIDED 1-ON-1 HUNT

Goat Hunt: $6800/person
Elk + Deer: $5800/person

One Pack In Day, 5 Day Hunt, One Pack Out Day

Includes: Guide(s), Food for all Meals, Tent, Burner, Propane, and Cot.

PACK SERVICE

$450/guide
$350/riding horse or mule

$1500 booking minimum
(Prices are for each direction/day)

One mule can carry 100 pounds.
Max 3 Mules per Guide.


Important Reminders

Draw Licenses: Many tags, especially for deer and limited elk, require a successful draw application.
Non-Resident Changes: Non-resident over-the-counter (OTC) elk archery licenses are being discontinued, shifting most opportunities to the draw.
Deadlines: The primary application period for the draw typically opens March 1 and closes the first Tuesday in April (around April 1st).
